We are aware that shopping online can sometimes be a task. So we want to make the return process as easy as possible.
Returns are allowed for defective merchandise only. We will gladly exchange your item for a different color and/or size, if available and if it is in its original condition and with all original tags attached. Exchanges will be ineligible if the merchandise has been used, worn, washed, or damaged. If you do ship such items, Crash & Burn will not be responsible for processing and returning such items
Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept returns/exchanges sent after the 14 days. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
All returns/exchanges/damages must have a Return Authorization Form enclosed with an issued RA#. To download a Return Authorization Form please see: RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM below. You can request for your RA# by downloading the Return Authorization Form, filling it out and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org with: "Returns: Need RA#" as the subject.
Please note that being issued a RA# does not guarantee an automatic approval/credit of the return/exchange. Your returned item still needs to be inspected and must fully follow all of our return policies.
Once a RA# has been issued please print out the Return Authorization Form and make sure you include it with the merchandise you are returning. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any, on sale items. All on sale items are considered as final sales.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by the mistake, negligence, misunderstanding and intention of buyers.
We will gladly exchange your item for a different color and/or size, if available.
Your exchange will require a Return Authorization # (RA#). You can request for your RA# by downloading the Return Authorization Form below, filling it out and emailing it to email@example.com with, "Exchanges: Need RA#" as the subject. Please fill out the return section with the item you would like to return and fill out the exchange section for the item you would like to exchange it for. If we have the item that you want, we will hold it until your return is received. We will only accept your return/exchange if it meets within the criteria of our return policies above.
Once you have been issued a RA# please print out your Return Authorization Form with the issued RA# and include this in your return package.

Your return will be processed 2-3 business days within receipt. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item was received damaged/or incorrect you must contact us through e-mail within 3 business days of receiving with a Return Authorization form filled out. You can download the Return Authorization Form below, fill it out and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, with "Damaged/ Incorrect Item" as subject. Please make sure you note the damage in the "Reason for Return" section.
Please make sure you keep the original box, and packing materials, and we will mail you a UPS label to return the merchandise. If a replacement is available, we will send out one, as soon as we receive the damaged/ incorrect item and waive the shipping fee on your replacement order. The waived shipping fee will only apply to Standard Shipping Rates. We will not accept the item if it has been used, worn or washed, or if the hangtags have been removed. If a replacement is not available a refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
