SHIPPING INFO

Crash and Burn uses UPS for domestic delivery. Orders are regularly processed within 1-2 business days. To avoid any delay in the delivery of your package, please make sure to properly fill out and complete the billing and shipping information during the online ordering process. Orders placed after our business hours (9am - 5pm PST) will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed during: Friday later than 5pm PST; all Saturday; and all Sunday; will not be processed until the following Monday. Or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a holiday.

After a purchase is placed, the customer should receive an automated confirmation email after a short while. The credit card will be charged right before the item(s) are shipped and another email should be sent to the customer containing the packages’ tracking number.
