Visiting and Non-Degree Students

Visiting Undergraduate, Graduate, and Non-Degree Students

Visiting Students and Non-degree Students must complete and submit the Visiting Student Information Form in order to be eligible to register for classes*. Once the application is complete, a decision will be sent, via email, within 24-48 hours. Be sure to complete the form at least 3-days prior to the course start date in order to be eligible to register in time.


  • Students who have not completed a bachelor’s degree. (Forms are typically processed within two business days. Visiting undergraduate students do NOT need to submit transcripts.) Be sure to select the correct student type when completing this form (see definitions below).

    • Visiting Student:ÌýAn undergraduate student who is currently enrolled at an accredited college or university who DOES NOT have a degree.
    • Non-degree Student: An applicant who is not interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree but are interested in taking one or two credit-bearing courses.To qualify for non-degree admission, you must have received a high school diploma or its equivalency prior to you submitting your application.
  • Visiting Graduate Student Information Form
    Students who have completed a bachelor’s degree, general non-degree students or professional non-degree students. Visit the for additional details on these student classifications.

Summer and Winter Sessions welcomes students enrolled in other colleges and universities. Students currently enrolled in good academic standing at a regionally accredited college or university other than Â鶹Ai»»Á³ University, and students who are accepted by other regionally accredited colleges or universities to begin their studies in theÌýfall semesterÌýare eligible to become Visiting Students and register forÌý.

AFTERÌýthe online information form has been processed, the student is eligible to for open courses any time after the registration period begins.

*Registration may be completed up to and including the first day of the course as long as the course is open. Register early to decrease the possibility of being closed out of classes; the University cannot guarantee a student’s preferred schedule. Upon initial registration for a course(s) offered during Winter Session or Summer Sessions, Visiting Students are charged a one- time $25 processing fee.
