Eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (or pickup confirmation).
  • Item must be in the same condition received and match the product’s listed condition grading.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA and return instructions.
  3. Repack securely and ship within 7 days of RMA approval. Share the return tracking number.
  4. We inspect within 1–3 business days of delivery and issue your refund or exchange update.

Tip: Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Item condition & packaging

New/Deadstock

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and any Supreme/FW season packaging if applicable.
  • Shoes/accessories: include all extras (laces, bags, stickers, dust bags) if originally included.

Used / Vintage / Archive

  • Must be returned in the same condition received. Normal try‑on at home is fine; do not wear out.
  • Signs of additional wear, odors, or stains may reduce the refund per our inspection.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color of the same item? Email [email protected] and we’ll hold the requested item (when available) for up to 72 hours while your return is in transit. If the exchange isn’t available, we’ll process a refund per our policy.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to your original payment method only.
  • Once approved, banks typically post funds within 3–5 business days (some cards may take up to 10).
  • Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Fees & adjustments

  • Missing accessories, tags, or packaging may incur a partial deduction reflecting replacement cost or value impact.
  • Excess wear or odors beyond the received condition may incur up to a 10% restocking adjustment or rejection.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: original shipping is non‑refundable; reship fees may apply.

Non‑returnable items

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Undergarments, face masks, and swimwear bottoms.
  • Stickers sold individually, Mystery/Grab Bags, gift cards, and digital goods.
  • Customized or altered items after delivery.

International returns

  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are non‑refundable by Crash & Burn. You may reclaim duties from your local customs authority where applicable.
  • Mark the parcel “Return of goods” to help avoid additional import charges back into the U.S.

Damaged, incorrect, or not as described

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different than described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll provide a prepaid label and resolve with a replacement (when available) or a full refund.

How long do I have to return my item?
You have 14 days from delivery (or pickup confirmation) to request a return. Returns shipped after the RMA ship‑by date may be rejected.
Are returns free?

Can I return worn or washed items?
No. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Trying on at home is fine; do not wear out, wash, or alter the item.
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Absolutely. Every piece is verified. If an item were ever found not authentic, you’d receive a 100% refund including shipping.
How do exchanges work?
Email us with the item you want to exchange for. If available, we’ll hold it for 72 hours. Once your return scans in transit, we’ll confirm the hold and ship when your return is approved.
